Collected during practice drives.

When you log practice driving sessions in the App, we collect:

• Drive start time
• Timestamped GPS latitude and longitude, recorded to five decimal points at the highest accuracy available on iOS devices
• Time and location of driving performance incidents, such as speeding and distraction events

Cookies and similar technologies.

We use cookies and similar technologies on our Website to improve personalization and functionality.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve our Website, App, and services
• Track your practice driving hours and calculate driving scores
• Personalize features, training modules, and recommendations
• Perform analytics to improve performance and safety outcomes
• Communicate with you about updates, new features, or relevant offers
• Support our own advertising and marketing, not advertising by third-party data brokers

Parent and Student Account Linking

Our App allows parents and students to create separate accounts and link them together using a unique code. When accounts are linked:

• Both parent and student can view the same information, including practice hours, driving scores, module progress, and drive history
• Only parent accounts can administer Mock Road Tests
• Either party may unlink their accounts at any time through the App settings

By linking accounts, both parties consent to sharing the information described above.

Sharing of Information

We only share your information:

• With linked parent or student accounts, as described in Section 3
• With service providers who help us operate our services, specifically: Firebase (analytics and crash reporting), SendGrid (transactional email delivery), and HERE (geolocation services)
• With driving schools or partners you are associated with, to support training and product improvements
• As required by law or to protect against liability
• As part of a business transfer, merger, or acquisition

Payments

All in-app purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not collect, process, or store your payment card information. All payment transactions are subject to Apple's terms and privacy policies.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tools to enhance functionality, personalize content, and measure performance. You can adjust browser or device settings to limit cookies, though this may impact functionality.

Your Choices

You may:

• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
• Request access to or correction of your personal data
• Unlink your account from a linked parent or student account at any time through the App settings
• Delete your account and associated personal data at any time by using the "Delete My Account" option in the App settings

When you delete your account, your personal information is removed from active systems. Anonymized data with no identifying personal information may be retained for analytics and product improvement purposes, as described in Section 8.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to provide you with our services.

When you delete your account, we remove your personal information from active systems. We may retain anonymized data — information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you — indefinitely for analytics, product improvement, and safety research purposes.

We may also retain certain information where required by law, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, or for other legitimate business purposes.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption of data in transit, to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure, and you use our Website and App at your own risk.

Our services are designed for users who are learning to drive, typically ages 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately so that we can remove the information.
